Beaumont-des-Crayeres was our house champagne up until the in the early nineties, back when Huntsworth was only new. As of September 2010 we are delighted to return again to Beaumont des Crayeres as our recommended house champagne.

Unlike our previous offering (Gobillard) the Beaumont has more stuffing, more substance, more flavour. In my opinion it humiliates the overtly commercial Champagne Houses like Veuve Clicquot N.V. et al and we believe, at this price, is a steal for the quality.

Deeply coloured. Rich, fat, rounded, creamy, flavoursome. Great length on the finish.
