Gobillard Premier Cru has been our house champagne for almost a decade. Considering how fussy we are in the wines we choose that is quite an accomplishment.
Lacking the overt acidity of the Grand Marcs and Champagnes like Loius Roederer and Veuve Clicquot this is an easier drinking example.
Gentle, elegant, immediately accessible but easily capable of cellaring for two or three years. Fabulous all-round champagne.
